Hong Kong, 20 March 2013 – Cafe Roma, Ma Wan’s favourite beachside hang out, is serving up special dishes for the Easter holiday.

Lamb is traditionally prepared as the main feature of the Easter Sunday meal, and to celebrate the occasion Cafe Roma is offering Marinated & Roasted Premium Lamb Rack (HK$198). Instead of serving with mashed potatoes, Chef Jaakko has substituted the carb staple with potato purée with Pommery mustard seeds from Normandy alongside caramelised onions, Brussels sprouts and basil sauce.

No Easter meal is complete without dessert. The team at Cafe Roma has specially prepared the refreshing Chilled Lime ‘Posset’ Pudding (HK$68) served with fresh strawberries and raspberry sauce. Though technically not a dessert, chocoholics can opt for the Chocolate Sprinkle (HK$78), a decadent alcoholic cocktail created with Bailey’s, cacao brown and white and chocolate syrup topped with chocolate powder and sprinkles.

The Easter specials are available throughout the holiday period from Friday, 29 March to Monday, 1 April. 10% service charge will be applied. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 3446 1226.
