Press > Indulge in Ghoulish Halloween Delight at Cafe Roma

Hong Kong, 3 October 2013 – GR8 Leisure Concept, the innovative hospitality group based in Hong Kong, is putting on the ultimate Halloween celebration across its bars and restaurants with a number of defrightful holiday menus, hair-raising cocktail creations, and spooktacular events.

To celebrate Halloween, Cafe Roma has specially created a themed 3-course dinner menu available from 31 October to 3 November 2013 for HK$328, featuring festive dishes such as Grilled Pumpkin and Mozzarella Salad and Pumpkin Seed-Crusted Hot-Smoked Salmon Fillet. Chef Jaakko Sorsa has specially created a frightening but tasty Eyeballs in Blood Soup, a vanilla panna cotta dessert served with raspberries and mixed berry sauce. Grown ups can celebrate the occasion with Nightmare on Elm Street, a blood-curdling alcoholic cocktail created with rum, coconut milk, pineapple juice, fresh strawberries and blueberries.

The restaurant is also throwing a free-for-all Halloween party on Saturday 2 November 2013 from 12noon where guests of all ages will enjoy traditional holiday games and activities, including trick-or-treating, a ghost piñata, and pumpkin carving contest for the chance to win a HK$400 dining voucher. Adults and kids alike are encouraged to show up in their favourite Halloween costumes.
