Located steps away from Ma Wan Tung Wan Beach, restaurant guests can indulge in a variety of merry offerings prepared by a kitchen team led by Executive Chef Jaakko Sorsa with friends and family under the romantic night sky with stunning views of Tsing Ma Bridge.
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, diners can pamper their taste buds with a 3-course menu inspired by the traditional Christmas roast with a wide range of hearty main courses for all palates, including Roast US Prime Black Angus Sirloin and Glazed US Black Pork Chop and Pork Belly, both served with potato gratin, red cabbage, Brussel sprouts, and peppercorn gravy. Guests that prefer lighter main course options can opt for the House-Smoked Salmon Fillet or Porcini Mushroom Risotto. The menu also includes festive starters and desserts such as Roasted Chestnut Soup, Duck Breast Pastrami, and Praline Cheesecake. As 2014 draws to a close, Cafe Roma’s New Year’s Eve menu will serve up the ultimate finale for the year with a festive 3-course menu. Starting off with a velvety Lobster Bisque with tarragon crème or Winter Vegetable Salad, the final feast of the year continues into main course with a choice of Tarragon-Poached Silver Cod Fillet, Grilled Australian Lamb Chops, or Artichoke Risotto followed by a richly decadent Double Fudge Chocolate Cake.
